We had poorly prepared their introductory information. The company manager held two interviews to collect preliminary information, after which active work began. During the design we worked directly with their business analyst. Both the art director and the manager created the the presentation design. Technical development also went smoothly. We only communicated with a manager, who was competent and experienced. After the development, we were trained on and advised about further possible strategies to promote the site.
